Each week we feature a specialty plate from our chef. Based on demand, and the use of specialty ingredients, this selection may have limited availability. Past Chef’s Plates have been Chicken Parmesan, Bourbon BBQ Meatloaf, Chicken Marsala and Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos. This week we’re featuring a Beef Chimichanga. It’s a flour tortilla filled with beef, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, red onion and jalapenos. It’s deep fried and topped with enchilada sauce and served with a side of black beans, Spanish rice and sour cream. Next time you’re dining with us, ask your server about our Chef’s Plate!
